£65.00 (Fully booked) WINTER IS TRADITIONALLY a time of looking back over the year and setting new goals. We want to dive more deeply into this by inviting you to go within, release what no longer serves and be receptive to new opportunities. We would like to warmly invite to an intimate healing and nurturing day at the Yurt Sanctuary in Somerset, led by Michele Bentley (Wild Oak Ceremonies and Therapies) and Nana-Anua Smith (Yoga nidra and sound healing with Anua). This wonderful day will include Yoga Nidra and meditation in Willow Yurt, crystal healing and chakra balancing, sound bath, chanting, sharing stories and poems, drumming around the fire and a ceremony to release anything that is no longer in alignment. You will also receive a 50ml high vibrational Wild Oak Alchemy Spray to take home. Vegetarian lunch, refreshments throughout the day and festive afternoon tea will be provided. (There will be a maximum number of 7 participants for this day). Please contact Michele to book on 07971 910769 or [email protected] or use the Paypal button on Anua's website: www.yoganidrasoundhealing.co.uk/events
