I am very excited to tell you about a new venture, which will begin on the New Moon, Thursday 28th July. I will be holding a monthly women's group, at the New Moon each month. We will sit in circle in Willow Yurt and "hold space" for each other. This means we will listen and support one another, with no judgement, prejudice or giving advice, just really hearing whatever has come up for us to talk about. We will discuss the moon energy/astrology for the month ahead, which can be very helpful when deciding when to launch new ventures and when to hunker down and rest more. The New Moon is the perfect time for powerful intention setting. We will have a combination of meditations, visualisations, sound/crystal/vibrational essence healings or just talk about any issues you would like to bring. It will be a safe space and everything discussed remains confidential (what's said in the yurt, stays in the yurt!)
These types of supportive and social women's "sacred circles" used to be everywhere and it is wonderful to see them re-emerging across the earth. There will be laughter and sometimes a few tears and plenty of warming/cooling drinks (depending on the weather!) Chocolate and tissues will be on hand at all times. You are welcome to come along to one and see if you enjoy it. You can just listen and feel part of a good-hearted group of women... there is no pressure to speak when you dont want to. The idea is that people will come fairly regularly, so we can be a support network for each other. Numbers are limited to 9 women in total (including me), and there will be comfortable floor chairs (with backs), cushion and blankets. We ask that you just bring yourself, your kindness, a water bottle and something to share with the group, whether it be some nourishing nibbles, a story, a poem..... maybe just your ability to quietly listen and hold space for someone else who needs to share something going on in their life...... everything is welcome. £10 per session. As long as there are at least four of us, the gatherings will always go ahead.
