January, February, March and April 2022: Gong and Sound Baths

Thursday
 These are relaxing sessions using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, shamanic drum and various percussion instruments. All you need to do is lie down and be "bathed" in healing sound vibrations. Each session is £12 per person. Please contact Michele to book your place ([email protected])

Saturday 19th March, 6pm-7.30pm, Yoga Bodhi, Bath, BA1 2QZ (please note, this is a special event including some chakra balancing and crystal healing. It needs to be booked directly with Yoga Bodhi and is £15)

Arrival from 15 mins before the start of the gong/sound bath and please leave yourself 10 mins at the end, to drink some water and feel completely grounded before leaving.
