Equinox Spring Clean for Body and Soul: Sat 19th March, 10am-2pm, £50 per place

Come and enjoy an indulgent "spring clean" for your body, soul and spirit. We will be starting with a gong and sound bath session in the yurt, followed by individual Indian head massages, pressure point chair massages (back neck and shoulders, fully clothed) and crystal healing chakra balancing. We will gather together to hold an elemental ceremony around the firepit to celebrate the Spring Equinox, letting go of what we no longer need and setting new intentions for the rest of the year. We will end our half-day retreat with tea/coffee,  homemade cake and some good old-fashioned chatting. 

Social distancing will be in place where possible and with this in mind, numbers are strictly limited to six.
​ So that everyone can relax and feel really comfortable, we would ask people to take a lateral flow test before attending.
