Welcome to the Essence of Sound!

 I am a 'vibrational alchemist', combining different sound frequencies together with the vibrations of essences, crystals, and essential oils. Each of us is individual and may require a different combination to feel balanced, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Having studied with many amazing teachers and renowned 'gong masters' (including Don Conreaux, Aidan McIntyre and Sheila Whittaker) I am delighted to offer high quality sound sessions which include relaxing and rebalancing group sound baths and individually tailored sound sessions to help with specific issues, such as anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma. I am currently doing academic and scientific research into the benefits of sound for a variety of physical, emotional and mental health concerns and challenges, including regulating the autonomic nervous system and supporting people with neurodivergence.

1-2-1  sound therapy sessions will involve a combination of sound, crystals and essential oils, tailored for each person. Please do get in touch to discuss your specific needs and requests.
1st session: 70 mins, (including consultation). £65
Folowing sessions; 60 mins. £60

There are several sound bath options to choose from:
1) Private luxury gong and sound baths at Willow Yurt: (60 mins).
   1 or 2 people: £50
   3 people: £60 
   4 people: £80 
Futons/pillows/ blankets and silk eyemasks provided. Arranged for a afternoon/evening/time of your choice. Please note that you need to give at least 48 hours notice to change/amend a private sound bath.

2) New Moon and Full Moon gong and sound bath sessions in Willow Yurt: reclining floor chairs and blankets provided. (60 mins)   £15 per person.  Sunday afternoons/evenings,  3pm and 7pm ( 7 places available)
